For additional consulting and hands on implementation, my rates are:

$200/hr for personal 101 training of your staff to implement SEO/SEM on your own

$150/hr for short term project work with no contracts or commitments

$85/hr for long term contract work with a 6 month contract

$65/hr for subcontracting under other agencies, web designers, consultants, or marketing firms.
